How and when can I return an item?
Damaged items
In the event that you receive defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service to request a replacement or refund by writing an email to: info@pastoritedeschirionecastello.ch
Non-refundable items
Some items, such as custom-made products or products that deteriorate quickly, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Return an item
Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the order:
Send an email to: info@pastoritedeschirionecastello.ch communicating the name, surname, address and the quantities of the items you wish to return.
If possible, return the items in the original packaging. Alternatively, use a suitable packaging.
We will send a courier through the collection service who will pick up the item free of charge at the address you indicated.
